These are words that have haunted me, in some form or another, for far too long. So when the team at Just Salad asked us to collaborate on a salad team-up — to create something that would be available in their stores for the month of February — I knew the time had come to answer this question once and for all. Plump eggs, slices of scallion, crispy bits of turkey bacon, crunchy croutons, and — crucially — buttermilk ranch dressing. Admittedly, Just Salad’s chefs haven’t made something that tastes just like a breakfast sandwich — they’ve created something new entirely. And this Breakfast Salad is what I plan to eat for lunch for the entire month it’s available.
